At Velnix, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused and in its original condition.

The item must be returned in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
For hygiene, personal care, customised, or other exempt items, returns may not be accepted unless the product is faulty.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund where appropriate.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Return Shipping
If the item is faulty, damaged, or sent in error, Velnix will cover the return postage costs.
If you are returning an unwanted item, you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise required under UK consumer law.
Your Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable UK consumer protection laws.
